I really like the quality of the product! At least the package and the instructions very easy to understand. Now I'm making it and see the results for my body health. I might come again to review about it.

I always say is best to do your own research before taking these supplements, this being said the benefits of sea moss have been highly touted, they mostly come in the form of tablets, so this would be the first time I see it in powder form, which I applaud because you can dose it how you want and the best without knowing how much active sea moss is in this powder is certainly more economic than the tablet form, all in all if you are a health nut this might be for you .

I've been taking sea moss for a while as it holds a wealth of nutrients which support my immune system and thyroid. I have to say this is the best presentation I've seen for sea moss and would even make a lovely gift for a health conscious person. I like to make mine up into a gel, I keep it in the fridge and I add it to my morning drink. I can't make any health claims due to Amazons regulations but I do feel sea moss to be beneficial to my health and it is something I continue to take on a daily basis.

And yet the cost is not huge (£15.99 at time of review)Because of this, it would make a lovely gift too.I’m planning on making it up this holiday weekend. I probably will just consume it on its own, by the teaspoon. I do make my own Greek Yoghurt though and am thinking I could add some of the prepared Moss gel to my yoghurt, as I eat my yoghurt every day at least once. This tub of Irish Sea Moss comes packaged really nicely. It’s a lovely beige colour which is a mix from the purple batch I’ve just finished. The tub contains 100g of dried seamoss and instructions to make your own gel, though I’ve got my own recipe. Seamoss overall Is a game changing product in skincare so I can’t recommend this enough. It’s also cheaper to buy dried seamoss like this and make your own gel vs buying the gel premade as it’s a lot more value for money! Great product and lovely batch of seamoss.

The Mecantu® Sea Moss from Jamaica has been an excellent find for my kitchen. This wildcrafted and sun-dried sea moss, with its dried yellow and red pieces, looks incredibly natural and retains a wealth of nutrients. I wash a small amount and leave it overnight in the fridge, ready for use. I use it up to 48 hours later. It's especially good as a thickener for sauce dishes, particularly with seafood, and it blends in seamlessly. You wouldn't know it's there by taste or texture, but you still get all the health benefits. It's a subtle yet effective way to enhance my meals nutritionally.

When I first opened the tube and saw all that dried sea moss with sea salt dust still on it, I was pleasantly surprised, even though the product listing does show what the product looks like upon delivery. The accompanying booklet explains in steps how the dried sea moss should be prepared before consumption or before using it as a hair/skin mask.Since the tube contains 100g of sea moss, I assumed that once I followed all the steps, I would end up with a smaller quantity of sea moss gel, so I decided to use the whole lot. Now, I realize that if I were to do it again, I would have used half the quantity or even less, perhaps 30%, as the amount of sea moss gel I ended up with is quite large and more than I expected. The booklet mentions that prepared gel could last up to three weeks, so unless I decide to use it for facial masks, I don't think I'll be able to consume it all by just eating a couple of teaspoons of sea moss gel a day. While preparing my sea moss gel, I soaked all the dried sea moss in filtered water for over 24 hours, and it did indeed expand in the process. I also found that when blending it in a blender, I had to add quite a lot of water to achieve the gel-like consistency. I used about 1 liter of alkaline water that I bought at the supermarket.In terms of taste, the sea moss gel tastes like... sea moss! It has a delicate flavor, and I am perfectly fine consuming it directly without mixing it into smoothies or other foods.Sea moss is purported to be packed with lots of goodness, and I really enjoyed preparing my sea moss gel, although it did take some time to do so. This dried sea moss appears to be of excellent quality, and I would not hesitate to buy it again.

This one is a good quality clean seaweed and makes a great gel. You can make over two litres of sea moss gel with this tub. It's a rich source of 92 essential minerals and can be made into various forms such as powder, gel, and soaked and eaten. Personally, I like to make a gel with it or occasionally add it to my salads. However, seaweed can have an acquired taste, and dried seaweed can be a little tough on salads if not appropriately soaked. I would consider ordering this seaweed again.If you're new to seaweed, it's worth searching for recipes for turning this marine plant into a gel or powder, but it's relatively easy.

Amazing product! The packaged is so unique! The instructions is so easy to follow. I love the quality of the product, it is very clean and easy to handle. I have a table spoon of the gel every morning on a empty stomach and also use it in my smoothies which is very good.I have noticed since I have started taking this product daily I can see the difference in my skin and my hair appearance. Am a huge fan of sea moss. I have been taking liquids and tablets so very interested to check out this brand. Seamoss is an amazing product. I was regularly under the weather before I started taking it. It has really boosted my immune system. Recently I was on a work call and noticed that my skin was glowing, which is down to the sea moss! I like that this one comes with sustainable credentials. The sustainable refills is a great idea and the price point is great.To be honest the taste is not to everyone’s liking but I always like to say the worse it tastes, the better it is for you! Because of the way it’s presented, you can add any sweetner to it to make it more palatable and of course you can make it into gel. Seriously if you are looking for something to transform your health, this sea moss is a great way to enhance your diet with essential minerals, support wellness, and contribute to eco-conscious practices.

Until recently I had never tried this stuff, but have to say that this Mecantu's Raw Sea Moss, seems like an exciting addition to my health protocol. I must confess, I have my regular supplements, but over and above that I am always interest in new things that might help someone in their sixties.There are quite a few positives and only one negative so let's get the negative out of the way first. It can take a bit of soaking and blending to get it to mix in when preparing.But, on the plus side, it seems to be good quality, isn't complicated to use, it is nicely packaged, it has clear instructions, and it can be either consumed on its own or in smoothies. I've tried both ways.So, in conclusion, it does seem like a really good supplement that should have a positive impact on my health, but I suppose only time will tell.

Not only is this way more sustainable, it lasts better too!You only make as much as you need and lasts so much longer, I have also found the results are better with this brand than any other.The taste is not good of any sea moss, but somehow this is more manageable to have. There are easy instructions to follow and if you have a blender that's all you need to mash up this sea moss!

I love sea moss gel for its high mineral content. I have been taking it as a supplement for a long time and was excited to finally make my own. First off the packaging is absolutely beautiful. The moss arrived well packed with nicely illustrated and easy to follow instructions. The process of preparing the gel is straightforward. You simply rinse the moss under cold water, making sure to remove and residue of sea salt or sand. You then pop the moss in a large bowl and cover it in water (distilled or spring water is recommended) and soak it for 12-24h. You then rinse again and blend the moss with a small amount of water until you reach your preferred consistency. The gel will last up to 3wks in the fridge. I don’t mind the taste and don’t mind just eating it off the spoon. It does have a subtle marine taste but I don’t find it unpleasant. Would definitely reach for again as it works out cheaper than buying it already prepped.
