What if I need to pause or resume?

Use the controls in your subscription portal. If you have trouble accessing it, contact Mecantu and we will help.

How should I store my product?

Storage depends on the product format. Follow the instructions on the product page and packaging, and contact us if you are ever uncertain.

What if my product arrives damaged or seems unusual?

Please contact Mecantu with your order number and, where useful, a photograph. Product quality and storage support are part of the subscriber experience.

How do I cancel?

Cancellation is available through your subscription portal. Sign in using the same email address used for your Mecantu orders, or contact us if you need help.
